I don't think six months is that long at all from what I understand about your situation. I'm sure employers don't want people who cut corners or think they know it all from day one either.Terrinoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8791125355431273627.post-39923217090876465382010-06-16T09:23:25.719-04:002010-06-16T09:23:25.719-04:00I totally agree. On a much smaller scale, I'm in the middle of week 3 at my new job, and there are so many "Wtf?" moments and times when I just want to talk back or walk out. Needless to say, I'm definitely learning how to stay afloat at this point!

http://big-apple-living.blogspot.com/theafashionadohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11614428103943710385noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8791125355431273627.post-47154196912692587892010-06-15T21:11:09.496-04:002010-06-15T21:11:09.496-04:00This is such a great analogy! This is such a great analogy!Beckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10497016301321352544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8791125355431273627.post-51985223508770231822010-06-15T15:08:50.572-04:002010-06-15T15:08:50.572-04:00I think you hit the nail on the head. It made me feel better when you too had some WTFs, small victories and some tears.

Now that I'm at the 6 month point I am the co-chair of the employee enhancement team and I have a lot of new friends to catch up with in passing. Getting to this point makes you remember why you didn't quit at those WTF moments--basically you can't fathom the first six months at yet ANOTHER new company!Melissahttp://www.melissasusangerber.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8791125355431273627.post-35223655138731010462010-06-15T13:39:33.606-04:002010-06-15T13:39:33.606-04:00I agree but the worst part is after 6 months you r...I agree but the worst part is after 6 months you realize you hate everyone you work with!
